UltraRental is a rental extension of UltraTrader, allowing NPCs to rent out space for player owned shops, reduce the clutter of allowing players to move thier own NPCs, and dictate where they can place shops.

Permissions

There are currently no permissions, permissions along with limits maybe added if demand calls for it.

Usage

Installation

First make sure you have working versions of UltraTrader and Citizens loaded, then place this plugin in the plugin directory just like any other plugin.

Create NPC

First create an NPC with Citizens 2, you will need to be an owner or Op to assign the needed traits to the NPC later.

Assign Trait

Simply assign the "rentalshop" trait to the NPC '/trait rentalshop'

Set Params

Right click the NPC (if no one has rented the NPC then nothing is required in hand, if someone has the npc rented, you need a piece of paper in hand) and follow the instructions.

Simple.
