- Fixed issue where the teleport item replaced and deleted the item in the slot it gets added when joining (if option is active) --> if slot is already used it gets added to the next free slot, if all slots are used in the inventory it's not being added when joining.
- Fixed issue where the teleport item got added multiple times when joining the server
