Compatible with all craftbukkit versions, older and newer!

- Fully recoded the whole plugin
- Devices like Firecracker, Etna and Light Ball were temporarily removed, because there will be a possibility to create your own devices (I'll start to implement this as soon as a Bukkit version for 1.7 is out)
- Improved rocket editor and made the window smaller
- Rocket creations has now multiple pages
- Rockets and launchers are sorted by name
- Launcher performance improved
- Chest launchers recognize if they're double chests
- Splitted commands in "/launcher ..." and "/rocket ..."
- Settings for launchers and rockets in the config.yml
- Launchers can be temporary or non-temporary (so they'll be saved before the plugin disables)
- Added a bunch of new commands
- You have to delete your old UltimateRockets directory, otherwise it won't work!
