TurretLang

• Added a way to store float and double;
• Included Javadoc and sourcecode into the distributive;
• Added a way to store custom objects;
• Added a way to get messages with chat colors;
• Added a way to get files, optionally creating thems if absent;
• Added a way to check if value is numeric;
• Added TLWrittableVariable to store variables that may be changed later on;
• Added an utility class for basic file IO operations.

Note that TurretLang does not use any Bukkit API so that it does not depend on the server's version.
