Fixed turret loading when starting the server without players.
Turrets now use the actual ArmorStand again, which can be used to open the menu.
Fixed placement position: the turret now appears on the block instead of floating in the air.
Fixed firing point: projectiles now fire from the turret, not from beneath it.
Fixed duplicate stands after restarting the server.
Visual stands are now recreated from YAML and are not saved as separate world entities.
