- Major rewrite to codes

- Added: Treecutter.any support
- Fixed: Placed logs now will avoid the tree cutting.
- Fixed: Now axe can be used on other blocks (You still need permission "Treecutter.axe" to cut down tree!)
- Fixed: That trees now will be cut only if leaves around.
- and other minor bug fixes.
