Simply rename this chest and or hopper to:

Trashcan

 in the previously mentioned anvil.

Place down the choice block and let it rip 

Sit back and relax as the trashcan will delete its contents such as but not limited to diamond blocks, nethrite blocks and other junk every  200 ticks.
