This easy drag'n'drop plugin makes it possible for players to mine ice again with silk touch. Just like you did in beta 1.9, enchant your pickaxe and gather ice. All users can mine ice blocks again with a silk touch enchanted pickaxe, currently there is no permission support.
Set up
Just drag'n'drop the jar file in your server/plugins folder and you're done.
Future
I'm thinking about a enchant modification plugin which allows to fully configure the enchantment effects. If you're interested, leave a comment for feedback/ideas how you would like to see the implementation of such a plugin.
