Portable light source for Bukkit servers.
A continuation of TorchLight by caloletti.

Overview
After using the /tl command, simply place a block in the player's hand to illuminate the darkness (configurable with config.yml).
Permissions
torchlight.use - Allow usage of the plugin.
Commands
/tl or /torchlight - Toggle use of the plugin.
/tl info - General plugin information.
Latest Bugs
- Nearby light sources will be darkened (returns to normal after moving away).
Placing your last torch leaves a strange glow.- Nether Wart are uprooted once approached.
- Client-side lighting artifacts may appear occasionally.
