Top Exp List

Overview:

This will show the top 5 players with the most XP on a scoreboard. 

Commands:

     - /exp <on, off> - Enable / Disable the scoreboard

Permissions: 

     - expcheck.use.admin - Use the /exp command

Config:

The config has settings for the scoreboard name and how often it will update the scoreboard.

This plugin was requested by Dropix (https://bukkit.org/members/dropix.91295996/)

Update: This is experimental and hasn't been fully tested due to lack of accounts to test with. Provide any bugs found in the comments!
