Adding configurables:
- Seeker Lives (Multiple lives for seekers)
- Seeker delay time (Delay for the seeker to start)
- Using solid block! (New Mechanic which transforms you into a solid block after a configurable amount of time!)
- Solid Block time (time till you turn into a solid block)

Tested against DisguiseCraft Dev Build 4.9 from http://build.yu8.me:8080/job/DisguiseCraft/
Tested against ProtocolLib Version 2.4.5

When waiting to transform into a solid block, make sure you are using block locking (crouch) Otherwise it can glitch and put you ontop of your
solid block!

Will be fixing that bug when I can.
