Set titles and change name colors of players. Spout + SpoutCraft only

That's the command I used: '/title set pas "&bY&co&au&fr &eT&4i&at&9l&0e"' 6 (6 = Name color)
How to use:
Download and install Spout and Titles.
Use commands to set titles and name colors. (Or change config.yml and reload the plugin)
Note: Only players with the SpoutCraft client will see titles and name colors.
Permissions:
Titles.set.self - Set and remove your own title and name color.
Titles.set.other - Set and remove other's title and name color.
Titles.reload - Reload the plugin
Commands:
<mandatory> [optional]
/title <nothing|help> - Display in-game help.
/title <s|set|change> <player> <title> [color] - Set title and name color.
/title <d|delete|remove> [player] - Remove title and name color.
/title <r|reload> - Reload config files.
