TICKLEME

This plugin simply sends a message saying "TICKLE TICKLE TICKLE!" in purple, when a user types in the command /tickleme.
Users can also tickle each other using the /tickle <player> command!
This is just for fun, and if you want your users to interact with themselves and each other in a different way.

Commands:
/tickleme
- "Tickles" the sender.

/tickle <player>
- "Tickles" the player specified.

Permissions: None.
