1.0.1: Fixed bug where a message that is too long would cause a sql exception. This fix is only for first time installs, if it is already installed, run this from a mysql interface: "alter table ticketmanager_updates modify message varchar(128) not null"

Initial release

Automatic tagging of tickets doesn't work. Can't get my head around it.
For now, it has a few manual triggers- [protect/region] -> protect, [grief,greif,rollback] -> antigrief
