What's new
- Kyne's Peace (Kaan Drem Ov) added. Temporarily makes aggressive monsters nonaggressive.
- Clear Skies (Lok Vah Koor). Levels 1 and 2 temporarily remove rain and thunder (it resumes as normal after a certain amount of time). Three clears it out entirely, until it starts raining again naturally.
- Permissions have changed:
- Permissions for shouts have changed from "thuum.shoutname.level" to "thuum.shouts.shoutname.level"
- New permissions for ignoring cooldowns: "thuum.ignorecooldown.shoutname.level"
