        - Basic graylist restrictions: no chatting, using commands, breaking blocks, or placing blocks

        - Added prevention of both incoming and outgoing damage to and by the player subject to the restrictions (in other words without the tsbgl.graylisted permission node)
                - Players receive notifications when they deal damage and receive fall damage that the damage was prevented. This was not used for when the player takes other types of damage because of the high probability of severe chat spam for the player.
