What is TheMiningEffect
This is basically a plugin that plays a particle/effect (that you set in the config) when you break certain blocks (also set in the config). You can basically tie effects to blocks.
Commands/Permissions
/tme - Get command help - theminingeffect.command
/tme reload - Reload the configuration file - theminingeffect.reload
/tme change <block> <particle/delete> - Change an effect from in-game - theminingeffect.change
theminingeffect.errors - If the block mined has a particle associated with it, but the particle does not exist. Players with this permission will get the error message (another option in the Configuration File
ALL COMMAND ARGUMENTS REQUIRE THE PERMISSION: "theminingeffect.command" AND THEIR CORRESPONDING PERMISSION ABOVE TO WORK. ALSO, ALL PERMISSIONS DEFAULT TO OPERATORS ONLY

Effects
A list of available effects are shown HERE. Some of them may not work, but the plugin will tell you if they do not work (either by an error message, or the /tme change command)
