TheLovelyPlugin it's my first plugin, it is very very simple, you can send hugs and kisses to players all around the server, and these actions give effects to the target player. This plugin has only 51 lines of code! very simple plugin...

Commands:
/hug <player> - Send a hug to a player. /kiss <player> - Send a kiss to a player.
Permissions:
No permissions c: | Simplest and coolest plugin ha?
To Do List:
You have to be near the target to give them a hug, kiss, etc. You can "marriage" players.
Add more actions...(Send Flowers, Compliments, etc...)
