Version v1.1:

  + Add configuration file to general stuff.

  + Add support to configurate messages.

  + Translation enchantment names, now the enchantment names can be translated. This is a option that the Client of Minecraft Vanilla already translate the enchantment names, but to fix the Roman Numeral Support that Minecraft Vanilla not supports the translation enchantment names of Minecraft Vanilla has been removed.

  + New command to reload configuration file. /ench reload

  + New command to list the all enchantments that contains in the Minecraft Vanilla with translated enchantment name provided by TheEnchanter plugin with enchantment id.
