This plugin allows players to claim specific volumes of land using coordinate selection, preventing unauthorized interaction, building, and griefing within those borders. It includes a built-in volume limit system to ensure fair distribution of land.

Coordinate-Based Claiming: Claim specific volumes of land by defining exact XYZ coordinates, offering much more flexibility than standard chunk claiming.
GeyserMC & Floodgate Integration: Bedrock players automatically receive native UI forms to input coordinates and manage claims, rather than struggling with complex chat commands.
Volume Limits: Configurable maximum claim volume (e.g., 125,000 blocks) to prevent players from claiming the entire server.
Robust Protection: Stops unauthorized block breaking, placing, and interacting (doors, buttons, chests)
Advanced TNT & Explosions: protects claimed land from TNT damage and creeper explosions, ensuring builds are safe.
Item Pickup Control: prevents unauthorized players from stealing dropped items within your claim.

Usage:

To protect your land, simply use the provided commands.

To claim land (Java): Use /claim <x1> <y1> <z1> <x2> <y2> <z2> to define the exact box you want to protect.
To claim land (Bedrock): Simply type /claim. The plugin detects you are on Bedrock and opens a native UI form to input your corners.
To view claim info: Type /claiminfo to see who owns the land you are currently standing on.
To unclaim: Use the /unclaim command while inside your claim.

Installation:

Download the .jar file.
Place it in your server's plugins folder.
(Optional but recommended) Install GeyserMC and Floodgate for full Bedrock UI support.
Restart your server. No client-side mods are required.

This plugin doesn't require any complex setup, and is very stable.
