As this is my First mod, this is my first Upload. Any feedback in the comments will be helpful.

Intention of Plugin

• This plugin is made for moderators that want to hurt, starve, ignite, or heal their members.
• /TGHeal command allows moderators to heal their members.
• /TGFlame command allows moderators to set their members on fire.
• /TGStarve command allows moderators to eliminate a player's hunger bar.
• /TGHurt command deals 5 hearts (10 points) of damage to the members of a server.

What This Plugin does:

• This plugin allows operators to heal players
• This plugin allows operators to starve players
• This plugin allows operators to ignite players
• This plugin allows operators to players
