1. Added console commands:

• tph reloadusers
• tph adduser [name]
• tph removeuser [name]

2. Fixed an issue where the Chunk Comparator continuously returned false.

• Players cannot use Nether Portals or enderpearls to try and enter the area.
• /tph down Sometimes places you at the roof of the room you are entering, making you fall to the floor.
• Adding/removing users from the console only adds the player for the duration that it is up; restarting the server removes them, unless their name is in the text file.
