TeleportBow

TeleportBow is an extremely simple plugin that allows users to use specially crafted bows to teleport upon firing the aforementioned bow to the location upon which the arrow lands. There is a dynamic energy consumption mechanism upon each teleport, as well as a five second cooldown period.
