TF2 v2.3
- Added the ability to have rewards through the ability to run console commands when a team wins. See the configuration.
- Added the ability to have lightning strike on the next uncaptured point every x seconds as defined in the configuration (reminder-timer, set to 0 to disable).
- Converted to a Maven plugin, development builds are now available at http://ci.chaseoes.com.
- Fixed some typo's in the default language file.
- Various plugin & code cleanup.
