TaxMan

I am creating TaxMan to add balance to my server, there don't seem to be any actively developed tax plugins so I will create a new one and keep it up to date. I will be starting out with a tax system which will require Vault and an economy plugin and then I'll add a rent system which will require WorldGuard.

• Configurable tax brackets
• Configurable tax percentages for low, medium and high tax brackets
• Configurable frequency tax is to be taken
• Configurable option to only remove tax if player is online (or next time they join)
• Configurable user messages with formatting support
• Update notification system with config option to disable
