Taser
Perfect for custom maps like "cops and robbers". Use your taser to stun a player for a few seconds! the taser is a iron hoe named "Taser". when you right click with your "Taser" it shoots a snowball and when you hit someone that person will get stunned.
commands
/taser -Gives a taser to the sender (if he/she has te permission)
/taser reload -reloads the config
permissions
taser.spawn -Allows the sender to spawn a taser
taser.reload -Allows the sender to reload the config

taser: cooldown: 10 stunTime: 5 damage: 2 #1 damage = 0.5 hearts
