With TagSomeone, you can tag players in chat, and a message will sent to the taggeg player!

It's an experimental version! Some bugs are possible and report them to me please!
Features:
- Plugin fully customizable in configs!
- You only can tag connected players!
- Usernames who are in the black-list can't be tagged!
- Players can disable/enable tags!
- Works with lot of minecraft versions ! (More at Compatibility part!)

Commands:
/tag reload
Reload file configuration.
/tag blacklist add/remove {username}
Add or remove an username in the blacklist
/tag enable/disable
Enable or disable tag feature!
Disable = Players can't use the tag.
Enable = Players can tag other player.
Permissions:
tag.use
Allow player to tag other player and enable/disable tag.
tag.admin
Allow player to use reload command and blacklist commands.
tag.cooldown.bypass
Players with this permissions don't have any cooldowns!
Sound:
In 1.11+, get all sounds here. Only work on 1.11+, you need to search other sounds names for older spigot version!

This plugin only work on Spigot server! Download it here
Work on 1.7.10, 1.8.x, 1.9.x, 1.10.x, 1.11.x and 1.12 spigot server!
