/kit <name> Gives selected kit items to user
Will say if kit selected does not exist
/kit create <name> <cooldown> Created kit from current inventory with optional cooldown in seconds
/kit remove <name> Deletes specified kit
/skits Displays System Kits Per-World Setting
/skits perworld <true:false> Change Per-World Settings
