SVC Toolkit

Custom sounds, real-time voice masks — all built on Simple Voice Chat.

SVC Toolkit adds a set of sound tools to your server, all powered by Simple Voice Chat (SVC): play your own WAV sounds to a single player or everyone at once with no resource pack required, change a player's voice in real time (voice masks).

Audio is streamed directly to clients that have SVC installed, with no sound-event replacement and no client-side resource pack needed.

• 🔊 Custom sounds, no resource pack — load your own WAV files and play them to one player, everyone online, or locally by position — like /playsound, but with any sound you want
• ⏹ Stop sounds on the fly — /customsound stop [sound] cuts off a specific playing sound, or everything that's currently playing
• 🎭 Voice masks — modify a player's voice in real time: robot, chipmunk, deep/demonic, radio, alien
• 🛠 Simple admin tooling behind a single command and a single permission

/customsound reload                           reload config and all sounds
/customsound play <name> <@a|@s|@here|player> [volume]
/customsound stop [name]                      stop a sound (or everything playing)

/voicemask — voice masks

/voicemask <player> <robot|chipmunk|deep|radio|alien|reverse|echo|distribition|off>

Full lists of sounds, online players, and effects are provided via tab completion — no need to type names by hand.

✅ Requirements

• Purpur/Paper 1.21.x, Java 21
• A working Simple Voice Chat install on the server
• Custom sounds and voice masks are only heard by players who also have Simple Voice Chat installed — this is a limitation of SVC itself

📦 Installation

1. Install and set up Simple Voice Chat on your server.
2. Drop SVCToolkit.jar into your plugins/ folder.
3. Restart the server — sounds are loaded from plugins/SVCToolkit/sounds/*.wav.

Simple Voice Chat is a required dependency and must be installed separately.
