- Added the option to put a custom name tag on the block
- Added a Infinite Arrow enchantment of level -20 to the block to insure it cannot be crafted
- Fixed the bug that caused items to drop and the supplydrop block to regenerate when placing it on protected land. (items will still drop. couldn't find a way to prevent that. but the block WILL NOT regenerate)
- Added the command /SupplyDropSpawn (amount) in order to create the supply drop block since negative enchantments cannot be created in game
- Added the permission node, supplydrop.* to give permissions for the /supplydropspawn command

- Increased general efficiency of plugin (used to read the config each time a beacon was placed. now just reads it on startup)
