SuperTickets

Main Purpose

The main purpose of this plugin is to let players create tickets, which can be answered by staff members. When a player creates a ticket, the staff wil recieve a message which tells them the player created the ticket. When you are finished with your ticket, you can just use /st resolve <id> and your ticket will be resolved. You can also use /st leave, to resolve your own ticket. The scheduler runs 1 second after startup of the plugin, and only runs when there are actual tickets. You can configure the time of the interval in the config.yml.

Commands

/st list	list all of the active tickets	supertickets.list

Other permissions

there are some other permissions for this plugin:

permission	what does it do
supertickets.*	gives you permission to use every command and be notified when a ticket is created
supertickets.notify	when you have this permission, you will be notified when a player creates a ticket, and when the notifier scheduler runs
