Added Changes Nicks of Others (Along with a per mfor that)

Changed the ugly message theme so most of the message isn't bold

Made the nickname also be shown in tablist

 

- Uses the 1.16 Spigot, and is tested with 1.8, so the version 1.8 - 1.16 should work :D
