Usage

- Right click locked chest to attempt to pick it.
Commands
- slp : version display
- slp debug : shows configuration
- slp reload : reloads configuration
Permissions
- can.pick.reload - Allows player to reload the configuration
- can.pick.locks - Allows player to attempt to pick locks
