• Added bedrock inverted mask, so even if protection is off, the SiBs will never penetrate bedrock.
• Added cooldown time setting. Players will not be able to place another SiB before the cooldown period is over.
• Added a new command: /sibundo which lets players "pick up" or undo the last SiB they placed.

• Changes to config.yml (backwards-compatible)
