- Fixed problem causing plugin to crash when used with already existing streetlights
- Build against Spigot #76 for 1.9.2 (Compatible to CraftBukkit and Spigot)

- May not power up streetlights sometimes, don't use /time commands if that happens!
- Natural rain sometime doesn't trigger the lights.
- You cannot use REDSTONE_TORCH_OFF.
