What's new
Storm no longer depends on WorldGuard/Residence - it now softdepends on Shield, a Vault-like plugin for world permissions.
Added /stopall [world] command.
Storm no longer disables itself on an unsupported version: meteors, volcanoes and earthquakes are disabled instead.
