📡 StorageRadar — Never Lose an Item Again!

StorageRadar is a lightweight yet powerful Paper/Spigot plugin that lets you instantly locate any item across all nearby containers — chests, barrels, shulker boxes, furnaces, hoppers, and more. Simply run a command, and matching containers will glow just for you — completely invisible to other players.

🔍 1. Precise Item Search

Search by exact item name (e.g., diamond matches only diamond, not diamond_ore)
Smart normalization: Search queries automatically resolve spaces and missing underscores (e.g., shulker box or shulkerbox will successfully locate shulker_box)
Or simply hold an item and type /find to search for it automatically

📡 2. Chunk-Based Radar System

Search radius is measured in chunks, not blocks — giving you precise area control
chunk-radius: 0 → 1×1 chunk grid (only your current chunk)
chunk-radius: 1 → 3×3 chunk grid (~48×48 blocks) — DEFAULT
chunk-radius: 2 → 5×5 chunk grid (~80×80 blocks)
chunk-radius: 3 → 7×7 chunk grid (~112×112 blocks) — Maximum

✨ 3. Player-Only Glow Highlighting

Matching containers glow at their exact location
The glow is 100% private — only you can see it, other players are completely unaffected
Powered by Paper's native visibility API (no ProtocolLib or client-side mods needed)

⚡ 4. Quick Shortcut (Shift + Clicks)

Hold Shift (Sneak key) and click both Left Click and Right Click within 250ms to instantly execute /find on the item in your main hand!

⚡ 5. Async & Performance-Safe

Container scanning runs asynchronously in the background — zero server lag
Configurable max-results cap to protect performance on large storage rooms
Double chests are handled gracefully (highlighted as a whole without counting items twice)

📊 6. bStats Integration

Includes anonymous statistics tracking using bStats. You can easily toggle this on or off in the configuration file.

🚀 Installation & Setup

Download StorageRadar-1.0.0.jar.
Place the JAR into your server's plugins/ folder.
Start or restart your server.
Customize plugins/StorageRadar/config.yml to your liking.
Apply changes without restart using /find reload.
