Have that one player that always camp's at your PvP server's spawn?

This plugin servers to prevent spawn killing of players by:
If a player is killed by another one then they cannot be hit by their killer until they hit the killer or the timer runs out and the players are free game for each other. (Configurable time). For example:
- Player1 kills Player2.
- Player1 cannot attack Player2 unless: a. Player 2 attacks Player 1 or b. A set amount of time passes and Player2 is freegame for Player1

- ssk.protect : Players with this permission will be protected from spawn killing. (Along with ops)
