This plugin was created by me because I have not found any outstanding anti-spam plugins on the server. What I mean by spam is boat and minecart spam, EXP orb spam, and item drop spam. All of these are protected in the plugin. If you want to allow/deny a group/player to use these, permissions will help you do that. I have also made a config file for people to disable protection for different types of spam completely. Here are all the plugin features:

Features:

• Stop Bottle's O Enchanting releasing EXP orbs.
• Stop the Pickup and Dropping of items.
• Stop players from placing minecarts
• Stop players from placing boats
• Permissions and OP support!
• Config file, disable anything you don't feel that you need.

Permissions:

• stopspam.drop- Allows players to drop items
• stopspam.pickup- Allows players to pick up items
• stopspam.vehicle.boat- Allows players to place boats
• stopspam.vehicle.minecart- Allows players to place minecarts

Config:

This is the default config:

• StopDropSpam: true
• StopPickup: true
• NoOrbs: true
• StopBoatPlace: true
• StopMinecartPlace: true

To use, just set the options to your needs.

• Put true for a protection you want enabled, and false to disable it.
• If it is enabled, you still will need permission to bypass it.
• If it is disabled, the protection will not happen no matter what.
