StopChatting
StopChatting is a plugin that will stop any player without the right permissions to send a chat message.
NOTE: this will not stop and /msg or /tell.

Install
- Copy the StopChatting.jar into your Plugins folder.
- Start or Restart your server.
- Add permissions where needed.
