Big improvements to the block reloading system :

• Revamped the animation
  • You can set it to be totally free of any restrictions, or make it use the old maximum distance
• The block spreading is pre-processed then reused, consuming a lot less CPU
• Less block processing overhead
• Added alt-tabbing for changing the language
• Corriged the alt-tabbing for changing the blocks, now only showing the block that starts with what you tiped
• Added support for economy mods
