* Fixed Bug: Steve not responding with anything.
* Updated the chatter-bot-api to v1.3.
+ New Feature: You can now define what you want chat messages to start with to trigger Steve.
This is configuration in the config.yml file at "triggerBegin"
* Fixed command aliases and descriptions in the plugin.yml
New "/steve" command aliases are "/bot" and "/chatbot".
+ New Feature: New reload command. "/steve reload"
This will reload all data from the configuration file.
