StartFlow is source-available software. The source code is published so that you can use it, review it, and help improve it, while the right to publish and distribute StartFlow stays with Clodo. Third-party libraries included in or used by StartFlow remain subject to their own licenses.

### 1. What you may do
- **Use:** Download the official release from our official pages (Modrinth, Hangar, CurseForge, or this repository) and run it free of charge on Minecraft servers you own or administer, including public and commercial servers.
- **Configure:** Edit the plugin's configuration, template, and message files on your own server to customize its behavior and language.
- **Read:** View the source code for review, security auditing, and learning.
- **Contribute:** Fork this repository on GitHub solely to prepare changes and submit them back to Clodo as a pull request, and open issues or share feedback.
- **Share links:** Link to our official pages and repository, including the standard automatic previews generated by platforms.

### 2. What you may not do
Without prior written permission from Clodo, you may not:
- Publish, upload, distribute, mirror, or sell StartFlow, any modified version of it, or any part of its source code or build outputs on any site, marketplace, or platform other than as allowed in Section 1.
- Publish a fork, rebranded copy, or derivative work of StartFlow.
- Remove or alter the copyright notices, the Clodo name, or the Clodo links and credits included in the plugin, its files, or its pages.
- Sublicense, rent, or commercially exploit StartFlow itself, other than running it on your own servers as allowed in Section 1.

### 3. Contributions
By submitting a pull request, patch, or other contribution to StartFlow, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and you grant Clodo a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, modify, publish, distribute, and relicense your contribution as part of StartFlow, under this license or any other license Clodo chooses. You keep the copyright to your contribution. Clodo may decline any contribution.

### 4. Trademarks
"StartFlow", "Clodo", and the StartFlow logo are trademarks of Clodo and are not licensed under this license. You may use them only to refer to the official StartFlow release, and you may not use them for modified, copied, or unofficial versions, or in any way that suggests affiliation with or endorsement by Clodo.

### 5. Warranty and liability
StartFlow is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clodo is not liable for any damages arising from its use.

### 6. Permission requests and enforcement
- To request permission for anything outside this license, contact `contact@clodo.net`. Permission is granted only by explicit written approval, and silence is not permission.
- Violations may result in takedown requests to platforms, hosting services, and registrars, and legal action to seek injunctive relief, damages, and other remedies.
- Any right not expressly granted here is reserved. Statutory rights that cannot be waived under applicable law are unaffected.
