Add /startsmp command for expanding the worldborder automatically.

Command

About

It add a simple /startsmp command that does countdown for 10 seconds then sets the world to 1000 blocks.

Versions

1.20 and above, It should not need an update for future versions

Permissions

You will need OP or startsmp.use to execute this command.
