This plugin is pretty basic, all it does is allow staff (or players with the permission) to talk in their own private chat.
Commands:
/sc <message>
Permissions:
staffchat.use (Allows you to do the command /sc <message>) staffchat.see (Allows you to see the staff chat, without it you wont be able to see anything)
