First upload/file so no changes have occurred.

Old config file is not compatible with new one so back up the old one, delete the Staff-Lists folder in your plugins directory and re-start your server to generate the new one. Then you will have to enter the names of your owners, admins, and moderators using the new command listed above (the /staff add ones).

The root permission node (StaffLists) has been changed to ListStaff in accordance with the plugin's name change.
