What's new
- Fixed the NPE when there were no physical rewards set ... properly this time.
- Added Register for economy management (that means it supports ALL major economies)
- Removed banking options (sadly it was a tad complex with many currencies being supported)
- Added individual money rewards now individuals can be set different reward amounts
- Custom Rewards (admin page) are all subject to the minimum time rule, no matter who's selected.
- You have to remove the config file to get the new version of it... so you lose your previous config.
