STATUS: Compatible with Spoutcraft/Minecraft 1.3.2

This is my first posted plugin to the bukkit website/devbukkit. It's a small little AFK plugin that uses the command /afk and /back. The reason it is spout compatible is because it sets the players Title to AFK and also sets the players List name to afk. The plugin also has an auto-afk feature and a onmove-unafk thing.
I'm going to be eventually porting this over to an actual Spout plugin, once the server reachs maturity that is.
REQUIRES SERVER HAS SPOUTPLUGIN.
REQUIRES USERS HAVE SPOUTCRAFT.
Commands:
/afk -go afk
/back -go un-afk
/reloadafk -reload spoutafk config
/forcecheck -force plugin afk check
/afktime [number] -temporarily change afk delay in milliseconds
/timertime [number] -temporarily change how often the plugin checks for afkness
Permissions:
spoutafk.* -for all commands
spoutafk.afk -for afk command
spoutafk.back -for back command
spoutafk.reloadafk -to reload config
spoutafk.forcecheck -for forcecheck command
spoutafk.afktime -for afktime command
spoutafk.timertime -for timertime command
