Changes:
- Fixed Linux folder case-sensitive issue.
- Added /infoguide command to allow mac users to view guide without using F12
- Added a default permissions to the plugin of infoguide.view. [default:true]
Linux users will need to move the files from /plugins/infoguide to /plugins/InfoGuide
