Players are dealt an amount of damage once their tool breaks, the higher the level tool the higher the damage dealt.
What's new
- Random Statements Generated (Rough, most likely will be updated in later versions dependent on user request)
- Whitelisting has been created, prevent a player from being affected from Splinters by adding them to the whitelist
- Commands are working
- Config file allows editable damage amounts based on tool material type
